Order Placement

After registering at Shoppre.com, the customer obtained a virtual shipping address in India. By using this address, customers can order products from any Indian shopping website, and their purchases will be delivered to our warehouse for international shipping.

Order Storage and Delivery

Orders from Amazon and Myntra are received on time as Indian sites usually take 3-7 days to deliver within India. Once received at our warehouse, we store the orders until the complete order is ready. Hence, we kept the order in the free locker storage facility for seven days. Customers who sign up at shoppre.com are entitled to 20 days of free personal locker storage.

Package Charges

For a fee of only ₹20, the customer selected the 'view photo' option and was subsequently sent clear product images for verification by Shoppre. Apart from this service, Shoppre also provides numerous other services such as gift boxes, additional packaging materials, and express processing. In addition to the 'view photo' service, the customer also chose to pay ₹200 for the 'Express processing' service.

Ship Request

Once the customer was notified that their products arrived at the warehouse, they created a 'ship request' as their purchasing was completed. After this, we consolidated and repacked the packages into one shipment and sent the payment link to the customer on April 15.

Total Weight

After consolidation and repackaging, the final weight was 8.2 kg. Note that the greater one of the actual weight and the volumetric weight is chosen here. The cost of individually shipping the items would have been ₹17472, but after consolidation and repackaging, it was reduced down to ₹12607. Due to the country shipping discount for the USA, the shipping cost was further reduced to ₹4865. The customer also used a discount coupon and paid the final shipping cost of just ₹5435.

Final Delivery

Shoppre handed over the courier to DHL on 15th April 2023 and was dispatched the same day. The customer got the package in Dubai, UAE, within 4 days without additional customs duties.
