How Shoppre Works?
When you sign up on our platform, you will get a unique Locker number and Indian virtual address.
- You can purchase from any online store and provide the virtual address as your delivery address.
- Once your package is received in our facility, we will notify you.
- Later You can create a ship request by providing the destination address.
- We pack all your items and share the shipping cost.
- Upon receiving payment we will dispatch it through a trusted carrier DHL, FedEx, UPS or Aramex. It will take around 5-8* working days for delivery

The charges are not inclusive of the IMPORT DUTY/GST/VAT at the receiving country. The same will vary from country to country and based on the product.

Please ensure all your packages are shipped to this address of the Shoppre facility have your unique Locker number. Any packages shipped to Shoppre with an incomplete or inaccurate address will be delayed further in the process of adding packages to your locker
How do I add additional addresses to my account?
1. Sign in to your ShoppRe account
2. Click Address Book on the left hand side of the Dahsboard
3. Click +Add new Shipping Address
4. Click Submit to save the name/address to your account.
Will Shoppre Accept COD order ?
Sorry, We are not accepting COD orders
Will Shoppre open all the package received ?
Yes, due to security reasons we open all the packages received in our facility.
Can i send personal package from home ?
Yes, you can send personal packages. Make sure package items are eligible for international shipping.
Do Shoppre provide pickup service ?
Sorry we do not have pickup service
Do Shoppre accept package coming from other countries ?
Yes, but all customs clearance and duty/taxes needs to take care by sender. Shopper will not be able to provide any documents for clearance
What is the package receiving timings ?
Our facility will accept packages from 9AM to 8PM IST
What happens if the package do not have proper locker number / Name on the package?
If any package received and it is having no name / no locker number / no valid locker number / Name and locker number mismatch / package information not visible , then these are kept aside as unclaimed packages. Customer has to reach out to our support team with valid details/proof of package to get this updated into their locker.
Unclaimed packages over 90 days are processed for Abandon.
Can I ship my items within India (domestic shipping)?
No, we don’t generally offer domestic shipping. However, in exceptional cases, we may handle domestic shipments upon request.
What happens if my domestic shipment is lost or damaged?
As domestic shipments are not insured, we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

What is the Action Required Tab?
If any packages invoice or value needs to be updated, those will be moved to Action Required
What is InReview?
Any packages where invoice/value needs to be reviewed or package Marked as Return/Exchange or Damaged will be displayed under InReview Tab
Why i need to upload the invoice for the Package?
Declaring actual package value is mandatory for customs purpose. If invoice is received along with the package our team will update the value if not need to upload the invoice for the package.
What if i do not have invoice?
You can update only invoice value, if you do not have invoice
Click on option “I’ll Upload Invoice Later”. Enter the value and then click on option “I’ll Upload Invoice later” option
My Package is delivered but it is not yet updated into my Locker?
When package is delivered to our facility it will take 2-3 hours for quick packaging and 5-6 hours to complete detailed package updation. If package is not updated within 24 hours kindly reach out to our support team
What happens if Delivery Requires OTP from the seller?
If OTP is received to our phone, we will provide to collect package , in case it is received on your phone/mail kindly share it with our support team via WhatsApp, and our team will collect the package
Why My package Marked as Damaged?
If we received package in damaged condition we will mark as damage , you can reach out to seller regarding this to rectify.
Why My package marked as Restricted Tag?
If the package is not eligible for international shipping then it will be marked as restricted. You can either return to sender or ship to any domestic address
Why My Package is Marked as Special Tag?
Any Liquids/Semi Liquids will be marked as special tag
Do you accept seller invoices in currencies other than INR?
No we accept invoice only in INR
How can i exchange the item in my locker?
Click on package select option “Exchange”
Mark the package as Exchange and then create exchange request in seller portal. Once they come for exchange, our team will handover package
How can i return package in my locker?
Click on package select option “Return to Sender”
Mark the package as Return to Sender and then create return request in seller portal. Once they come for return pickup will our team will handover package
How long i can store my package in locker ?
Each package will have 20 days of free Storage ( 30 days for membership customers). Beyond free storage days each package will incur additional storage charges of INR 100 per day per package.
Max storage time can be upto 90days. If customer does not process the package then it will be considered as inactive and packages will be processed for disposal.
Personal Shopper Orders
What is Personal Shopper?
If you don't have access/account in any Indian online store to purchase or the Indian Online store does not accept your international card then you can use our personal shopper service.
Personal shopper assist in shopping on your behalf from the provided online store.

How to place Personal Shopper order

How to place a Personal Shopper (Assisted Purchase) Order:
Step 1: Click on 'Personal Shopper'
Step 2: Then click on orders >> Place an order.
Step 3: Fill in the details of the order and Make Payment
Once we receive the payments for the items, we will order the items for you and notify you through email
Once your package is received in our facility, we will notify you. Later, you can create a ship request by providing the destination address. We pack all your items and share the shipping cost. Upon receiving payment, we will dispatch it through a trusted carrier.
What is the personal shopper cost?
Personal shopper cost will be 7% of the order value or Min 200.
For membership No personal shopper cost will be applied ( max discount allowed is upto INR10000 only ).
Membership discount will not be applicable for Virtual Coupons / Game Pass / Gift Card.
Can i cancel Personal shopper order
?
Order cancellations are possible unless the order has already been placed with the seller by our team. Once an order is processed, cancellation is not allowed.
Can i order from multiple store in single order
Yes, you can place a single order that includes items from multiple stores
What happens when item price changes
If the price changes our team will reach out for confirmation , the same will be adjusted in the wallet amount which later needs to be paid while shipping.
What happens When item out of stock
If an item is out of stock, our team will contact you to confirm whether you would like to proceed with the order or cancel it.
Why My order package is in Awaiting Verification
Package will be in Awaiting Verification, if item design/color/qty does not match the order. Our team will reach out to get confirmation on this to proceed further.
Can i use Personal Shopper to purchase Gift card / Coupon
Yes, but kindly make sure if it can be transferable.
Can i Replace/cancel the Coupon/Gift card coupon
Any Coupon/Gift Card redeemed post delivery will not be applicable for return/refund/Replace under any circumstance.
Will my membership discount apply for Online coupon/ Gift card
No, Membership discount will not apply for purchase of Online Coupon/Gift Card.
What if my order got canceled from seller will i get refund ?
Yes , the refund will be processed once the order is canceled.
How personal shopper return/exchange policy will work
Returns or exchanges are only applicable in cases of discrepancies in the received items and are subject to the seller’s return policy.
Through a personal shopper will I get my order faster?
Order delivery is based on the seller timeline.
Why does it take time for the refund amount to be credited when it was already processed by shoppre?
Refund to Wallet will be credited immediately, refund to source will take 3-5 working days
Why my personal shopper order is marked as Fulfillment Delay
If we face any payment issues with the seller or order queue is huge then order will be marked as fulfillment delay. Usually it will be rectified within 24 hours.
Why is my order marked as 'Order in Review'?
An order may be marked as 'Order in Review' for any of the following reasons:
1. There is a payment-related issue while processing the order with the seller.
2. The order queue is currently high, causing a temporary delay.
3. The information provided is incomplete (e.g., missing details such as color, quantity, or variant), or there has been a price change from the seller.
Our team will reach out to you for clarification or confirmation before proceeding.
What happens if the seller cancels my Personal Shopper order?
If the seller cancels your Personal Shopper order after it has been placed, we will process a refund for the order amount, excluding the Personal Shopper fee. This fee covers the time and effort involved in handling and processing your order.
You will be notified of the cancellation via WhatsApp or email.
Can I return or exchange electronic products purchased through Shoppre?
Electronic products are not eligible for return. Exchanges may be possible only if the original seller permits an exchange under their return policy.
Shoppre can assist with the exchange process as per the seller’s terms and conditions. We strongly recommend reviewing the seller’s return and exchange policy before placing your order.
Shipment request
What is Express processing ?
With Express Processing your package will jump to the front of the processing queues. This means when shipment Request is created , Express processing shipment will be packed on priority than the Normal Request
How long it will take to dispatch shipment once payment is processed
If payment is processed before 12 PM IST same day connection will happen or it will be connected in Next working day.
( this will not applicable for Economy shipping service )
What is the Max value allowed in a single Shipment
?
Max value allowed in single shipment will be INR 25000
What happens when my package value is more than INR25000
?
If value is more than INR25000 then need to create multiple shipment request.
If single item value is more than INR 25000 then it has to processed based on the confirmation. Contact our support team to

What is “Discard Shoe boxes” means
?
If you select the option, all the outerboxes will be removed before packing
How can i request for Gift wrapping my Shipment
Yes. Select Gift Wrapping option at the time of creating shipment Request
What happens if i entered wrong address/name/ phone number while creating shipment
Invalid name may lead to mismatch in the KYC at destination. Due to Mismatch customs may not release the shipment for delivery
Address incorrect will lead to non delivery or additional charges for rerouting the shipment to the proper address
If an invalid phone number is provided, the delivery person will be unable to contact the customer at the time of delivery. This may result in a failed delivery attempt. After the maximum number of delivery attempts, the shipment will be held at the warehouse for customer pickup or returned to the sender.
Important Terms while creating shipment request
International Shipping: The recipient's name and address must be accurate and valid as per customs clearance regulations. Invalid or incomplete details may result in customs rejection, and any associated charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Domestic Shipping: For domestic shipments, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the provided phone number. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid phone number and OTP. Failure to provide a valid OTP or incorrect phone number may result in shipment return, and the customer will be liable for any applicable charges.
How much time we will have to make payment once payment details are updated ?
Once the payment link is updated, payment needs to be processed within 7 days, beyond that additional storage charges in INR 100 per day will be applicable. Any shipment not claimed beyond 45 days will be processed for Abandon.
Can I delete the shipment after packing or after a payment request ?
Yes, you can contact the support team, and they will assist you with deleting the shipment. However, an additional deletion charge of ₹200 per shipment will be applicable.
Pricing
How shipping cost is calculated?
Shipping cost is calculated based on weight of the shipment.
The final chargeable weight will be either actual or volumetric whichever is higher. For more details click here

What is Volumetric weight?
It is determined by the length, width, height of the shipment. Shipping rate exclusively depends on the highest weight among volumetric and actual weight.
Volumetric weight can be calculated by using the below formula:
Volumetric Weight =Length*Width*Height/5000 ( in centimeters )
How many days can I keep my packages in the Locker?
Each package will have 20 days of free Storage ( 30 days for membership customers). Beyond free storage days each package will incur additional storage charges of INR 100 per day per package.
How many days I will have to make payment payment once payment details are updated?
Once the payment link is updated, payment needs to be processed within 7 days, beyond that additional storage charges in INR 100 per day will be applicable.
What is consolidation charges Means?
When multiple packages are combined in a single shipment consolidation charges of INR 50 per package will be applied.
Ex : if 2 packages are consolidated, charges will be INR 50
If 5 packages are consolidated, charges will be INR 200
What is Special Handling charges?
Any Liquid/Semiliquid items will incur additional handling charges

What is a Fumigation Charge, and when is it applicable?
Fumigation charges apply when a wooden item weighs more than 5kg. This charge covers the cost of obtaining a fumigation certificate, which is required for shipping such items internationally to ensure they are pest-free and meet customs regulations.
What is a Fumigation Certificate?
A fumigation certificate is an official document that confirms wooden items have been treated to eliminate pests and insects. It is mandatory for international shipping of any wooden item to comply with customs regulations and prevent the spread of pests across borders.

No, Shoppre does not accept goods valued above ₹50,000.

No, items such as gold, silver, pearls, diamonds, and other precious stones or metals are not accepted.
Does Shoppre accept Cash on Delivery (COD) packages?
No, Shoppre does not handle COD shipments. All packages must be prepaid.
Can I ship high-value mobile phones via Shoppre?
No, Shoppre does not accept high-value mobile phones for shipping.
Is it possible to ship furniture through Shoppre?
No, furniture items are not accepted by Shoppre.

Shipment in Transit
When shipment will be delivered once it is dispatched
Transit time is based on the destination country, Average time for majority countries will be 3-6 business days for Express and 10-15 business days for Economy.
Can i change the delivery address when the shipment is in transit
No we are not able to change the Delviery address once shipment is in Transit
What happens if shipment lost in transit
If shipment is insured, complete refund of the declared value and the shipping cost upon confirmation from carrier.
If shipment is not insured, Either declared value or upto INR 8000 whichever is lower will be eligible for refund
What happens if shipment is damaged in transit
If shipment is insured, refund of the declared value and the shipping cost upon confirmation from carrier.
If shipment is not insured, Damage is not liable for compensation

Insurance cost will be 3% of the declared value + 500 processing fee

How to claim if my shipment is damaged
In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, please follow these steps to initiate a claim:
1. Mandatory Shipment Opening Video: Record a video while opening the shipment, clearly showing the damage to the package and its contents.
2. Notify Our Support Team: Inform our support team about the damaged shipment within 24-48 hours of delivery.
3. Provide Required Documents: Share the shipment opening video, photos of the damaged package and contents, and any other relevant documentation with our support team.
Please note that failure to provide the mandatory shipment opening video and notification within the specified timeframe may result in delayed or denied claims.

What happens if shipment does not get customs clearance ?
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that they are purchasing and shipping only allowed products to the destination country. In the event that a shipment is returned from the destination country without customs clearance due to restricted or prohibited products, the customer will be held responsible for any associated charges.
Shoppre shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to the customer's failure to comply with destination country regulations. By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts this responsibility.

What is the Shoppre Wallet?
The Shoppre Wallet is a digital wallet where all your rewards, cashback, refunds, cancellations, and price adjustments are credited. You can use the wallet balance to make payments across the Shoppre platform.

You can use your wallet balance for payments across the Shoppre platform, including:

What is “My Cash”?

- Reward balance cannot be transferred to a bank account

The reward balance is valid for 45 days from the date it is credited to your Shoppre Wallet. Any unused reward balance will automatically expire after the validity period.
Can I use the wallet amount for Personal Shopper Service?
Yes, wallet balance can be used for Personal Shopper orders involving physical products.
Wallet balance cannot be used for purchasing gift cards or coupons.
Where can I see my wallet balance and transactions?
You can view:

Can I add money to my Shoppre Wallet?
Currently, adding money manually to the Shoppre Wallet is not supported. We are working on enabling this feature in the future.
How can I earn more Shoppre Rewards?
You can earn Shoppre Rewards through:
- Refer & Earn Program
- Promotional offers
- Cashback campaigns
- Coupon code offers
Keep checking Shoppre offers and campaigns to earn more rewards.
What does a negative wallet balance mean?
A negative wallet balance means you have an outstanding amount payable to Shoppre.
This happens when
- Your wallet balance is exhausted
- Additional charges are adjusted against your wallet
The pending amount must be cleared during your next payment transaction.

Any new customer signing up on Shoppre can use your referral code or referral link during registration to receive referral benefits.

How can I earn Referral Rewards?
You will receive referral rewards when the referred customer completes any of the following actions:
- Their first package arrives at the Shoppre warehouse
- They place a Personal Shopper order
- They purchase a membership plan
Where can I use the Referral Reward?
Referral rewards can be used for:
- International shipping payments
- Personal Shopper orders
- Membership-related payments
- Eligible Shoppre services
The reward must be used within the validity period.
Is there a limit to how much referral reward I can earn?
No, there is no limit. You can invite unlimited friends and continue earning referral rewards.
Does the referral reward expire?
Yes, referral rewards are valid for 45 days from the date they are credited to your wallet.
Can I use the entire referral reward during payment?
Yes, you can use the complete available referral reward balance during eligible payments on the Shoppre platform.
Where can I see who used my referral code?
You can view the list of users who signed up using your referral code or referral link from the Refer & Earn section in your Shoppre account dashboard.
