1. Shoppre can purchase on the customer's behalf only after the entire payment, including the cost of the order + the Personal Shopper service cost is cleared from the customer's end.
2. If your order gets canceled by the seller, we can't refund you the Personal Shopper cost. However, we will refund the item cost to your Shoppre wallet or the original payment mode.
3. Once the order is placed, you can't cancel it.
4. In case of refund, the amount shall be credited to Shoppre wallet within 24 - 48 hours.
5. We accept payment through various modes, including net banking (Indian Banks)/credit card/PayPal.
6. Shoppre does not have any return or cancellation policy for Assisted Purchase orders because the Indian online stores do not have any return policy. If we receive any damaged or incorrect item from the stores, we can request a return.
7. Shoppre is not responsible for the genuineness of the e-commerce website from which customers place their orders. It is completely the customer's responsibility to choose the right Indian online store and place an order accordingly.
8. Shoppre is not liable if the item is fake/not up to the expectation of the customer/or if the item differs from the image shown in the e-commerce portal.
9. In an uncommon instance (item damaged/incorrect item/item not received etc.), where we have to return the product to the e-commerce store, we will follow the return policy of the commerce vendor. If the online store does not have a refund policy, we will not be able to refund the money to the customer. In case the return policy exists, we will return the item.
10. The refund for the return of the item can be done once we receive the refund from the e-commerce website. This may take a period between 7 days to 3 months.
11. Shoppre purchases the order based on the instruction given in the customer dashboard. We request the customers to mention the proper details like the size, the product's full name, the ncolor, etc.
12. If the price changes up to 200 INR we will go ahead and purchase the item. if it’s more than that, we will send you the email or message and take confirmation to process further.
13. As we don't have direct contact or tie-up with any website or e-commerce platform, return, or exchange takes three to 30 days.
14. Once we receive the item from the e-commerce store, we check the product's size tag (if the seller sends it), the color of the product, and then the design of the product. We check only the significant damages/ visible damages outside the cover and then give timely updates to the customers.
