Will the new virtual address change affect the delivery time?
It always becomes a little difficult to shift from one place to another, and it usually takes some time to complete the shifting altogether.
However, there can be some slight delay in delivering your orders due to the change of Pincode, but we can assure you that we are trying our best to make sure everything happens on time. We expect your cooperation in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Don't worry, we have a transition planned out and none of the items you have purchased would go un-received - the items will be received and moved to the new address within the same day. Although the package update may be slightly delayed as compared to now.
Ideally there should be no delay. However, during the transition phase, there are chances of a slight delay in the operations. The migration process is expected to happen between 4:00 PM IST on Friday, 17th September and 10:00 PM IST on Saturday, 18th September 2021. Post this, the services will resume like before.
