Over the past years, Shoppre has undergone many changes. After years of tremendous hard work and passionate dedication, we have seen remarkable growth in our company. With all your love and blessing, we are excited to announce that Shoppre is moving to a new location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Shoppre continues to grow, and as a natural step of the growth, we require more space for keeping your packages safely. The new warehouse will help us to serve our customers better.

Where can customers access the new virtual address?

How does the new virtual address impact the order fulfillment process?

The customers can rest assured that Shoppre’s virtual address will not impact order fulfillment process. You can place order without any worry, and we will provide the same quality of service. You can ensure your products are safe and secure with us and stored in your personal locker storage.

However, if you have placed an order with the previous virtual address, you are not required to panic because the old virtual address still exists, and we are always present to collect your orders.

Will the new virtual address change affect the delivery time?

It always becomes a little difficult to shift from one place to another, and it usually takes some time to complete the shifting altogether.

However, there can be some slight delay in delivering your orders due to the change of Pincode, but we can assure you that we are trying our best to make sure everything happens on time. We expect your cooperation in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

  2. Don't worry, we have a transition planned out and none of the items you have purchased would go un-received - the items will be received and moved to the new address within the same day. Although the package update may be slightly delayed as compared to now.

  4. Ideally there should be no delay. However, during the transition phase, there are chances of a slight delay in the operations. The migration process is expected to happen between 4:00 PM IST on Friday, 17th September and 10:00 PM IST on Saturday, 18th September 2021. Post this, the services will resume like before.
